With one of the highest R-values of any garage door, the Newport 200 provides higher energy efficiency. Compared to the Advantage steel door, which has 1 and 3/8" polystyrene insulation and a calculated R-Value of 6.5, the Newport 200 has a 2" polyurethan insulation, with an impressive R-Value of 18. That's almost three times the insulation value.
